First encounter with customers at the exhibition
We have been following an American brand manufacturer for two years and haven’t reached a deal, because they have fixed suppliers.
At an exhibition, their boss came to our place and told us they had an urgent project. The product needs to be customized and delivered within one month.
Usually, the time period from product development, mold building, sampling to the final product would take 45 days at least. Besides, this customer also needs special crafts.
After considering the feasibility of this plan, our boss took over this challenging project.
3D sample
When the project began, we drew 2D and 3D drawings within one hour based on a sketch of the customer. We sent the drawings to the customer and after receiving the confirmation, we started opening the mold, sampling, polishing and producing immediately. At each stage, we mobilized all the resources to ensure the whole project goes smoothly.
