- Mrs. N is the founder of a skin care brand which was launched 3 years ago. Her main market is the US,Canada and some European countries like the UK, France and Germany. Her product lines are white glass and plastic cream containers, essential oil bottles and lotion bottles.
- At the very beginning, Mrs.N found a 300ml violet glass container from Miron(Finland),she loved the dimension and shape of the container,but nobody can produce it in white glass until she came to Uzone package.Mrs.N shipped a violet jar to us, our engineer opened a new mold of the white glass according to the sample jar,hence the very original white glass container in 300ml was created. Meanwhile, the white bakelite plastic lid was sampled too,which is eco-friendly and recyclable.Mrs.N was very happy with the white version glass container, thick wall and very durable. Here came to another request: Custom design. Logo and description printing were needed.
- Mrs.N sent us the original drawings, but our designer noticed that some of the letters were not in torque outlines which may not be printed accurately while the work shop takes over. So we corrected the drawing and was started to make the samples. At this moment, a urgent message from Mrs.N was that she had to change some descriptions because of the new industry rule in her state. We corrected the particular letters and resent the drawing back for confirmation. Totally, we adjusted 5 times of the drawing for the perfect result, including Pantone color, text correction, font and printing area adjusting etc..
- After around 2 weeks “brain storm”, we finally got the samples with the right design. A big thumbs-up from Mrs.N. We got the order as a matter of course.The most difficult part has been done, the production of the bulk order was quite smooth. The following processes were also under control. Mrs.N received the products and repurchased some other white glass bottle for different series.
